A method for conditioning a microalgae biomass of the genus Chlorella, preferably Chlorella protothecoides, produced under heterotrophic conditions and in the absence of light for the preparation of a flour having an optimized sensory profile, where the conditioning method is characterized by comprising the following steps: - biomass collection directly at the end of the fermentation and storage for less than 8 hours before conditioning it, - high temperature / short time heat treatment (HTST) of the biomass recovered and stored in this way, for 30 seconds at 1 min 30, at a temperature between 60 and 68 ° C and - washing of the biomass treated with HTST with at most 3 volumes of water per volume of biomass.Un método para acondicionar una biomasa de microalgas del género Chlorella, preferiblemente Chlorella protothecoides, producida en condiciones heterotróficas y en ausencia de luz para la preparación de una harina que tiene un perfil sensorial optimizado, donde el método de acondicionamiento se caracteriza por que comprende los siguientes pasos: - recolección de la biomasa directamente al final de la fermentación y almacenamiento durante menos de 8 horas antes del acondicionamiento de la misma, - tratamiento de calor de alta temperatura / corto tiempo (HTST) de la biomasa recuperada y almacenada de este modo, durante de 30 segundos a 1 min 30, a una temperatura de entre 60 y 68°C y - lavado de la biomasa tratada con HTST con a lo sumo 3 volúmenes de agua por volumen de biomasa.
