The present invention is able to provide information for the user to authenticate reliability as to the result of the measured blood pressure. The blood pressure measurement device is composed of a cuff to oppress the place of measurement, pressure control means for applying or releasing pressure to inside of the cuff, a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure inside the cuff, pulsating signal fetching means for picking out the time sequential data of the pulsating signal superposing on the inside pressure of the cuff being detected by the pressure sensor during applying or releasing the cuff pressure by the pressure control means, and display means for displaying a wave form of at least one cycle pulsating wave signal based on the picked out time sequential data of the pulsating wave signal together with the inside pressure of the cuff corresponding to the pulsating wave signal.本發明可提供使用者可判斷所測定血壓值之可靠性的資訊。血壓測定裝置具備有壓迫血壓測定部位用的拷套，加壓或減壓於該拷套內用的壓力控制機構，檢出拷套內壓力用的壓力感測器，於以壓力控制機構加壓或減壓於拷套的過程中，抽出重疊於該壓力感測器所檢出之拷套內壓力之脈波信號時序列數據的脈波信號抽出機構，及根據所抽出之脈波信號時序列數據，將至少1週期之脈波信號相對之脈波形狀，與對應於該脈波信號之拷套內壓力值共同顯示之顯示機構。
