PURPOSE: A method of controlling the sterilization temperature of an autoclave is provided to perform perfect sterilization of the sterilization material and to prevent overheating of the sterilization material of the inner sterilization room. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling the sterilization temperature of an autoclave includes: a step(S100) of establishing the sterilization temperature and sterilization time of the sterilization room； a step(S200) of controlling the driving of a heater through the comparison judgment about the setting temperature value of a controller after sending the detected room temperature of a sensor to the controller by the time reaching to the specified sterilization temperature ranges； and a step(S300) of controlling driving of the heater if the room temperature and room pressure of the inner sterilization room reach the specified temperature and the specified pressure.본 발명은 고압증기 멸균기의 멸균온도 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 멸균물의 완벽한 멸균과 동시에 멸균실 내부 멸균물의 과열을 방지하기 위하여 멸균실 내부의 온도가 규정온도를 초과하지 않도록 멸균실 온도를 제어하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 멸균실 내부를 히터로 가열하여 고압증기를 조성하고, 조성된 멸균실내 공기는 외부로 배출하며, 멸균온도를 설정하여 멸균실 온도를 컨트롤 하기 위하여 공기 배출 배관에 온도센서를 연결하고, 그 온도센서의 검출 정보를 제어부에 입력하여 멸균실 온도를 제어하는 멸균사이클로 이루어지는 고압증기 멸균기의 멸균온도 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 멸균실 내부 멸균온도와 멸균시간을 설정하는 단계와； 상기 설정 멸균온도에 도달할 때까지 상기 온도센서의 멸균실 온도 검출 정보를 상기 제어부에 보내고, 그 제어부에서의 설정온도 값에 대한 비교 판단을 통하여 히터의 가동을 제어하는 온도센서에 의한 제어단계와； 상기 단계로부터 멸균실 내부 온도가 설정온도에 도달하고 멸균실 압력이 설정압력 이상에 도달하면 설정된 멸균온도 유지시간 동안 규정온도를 초과하지 않도록 온도센서에 의한 제어를 중지시키고 압력센서에 의한 제어로 전환하여 히터의 가동을 제어하는 압력센서에 의한 제어단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
