The ultrasound probe includes: a temperature sensor configured to sense the temperature of the ultrasound probe a radiating unit configured to cool the ultrasound probe and a control unit configured to determine an operation mode of the ultrasound probe based on a sensing result of the temperature sensor and control the driving of the radiating unit in accordance with the operation mode.
