The present invention relates to a real-time blood pressure monitoring system in which a nano-gap array sensor is attached to a user&prime；s wrist or arm to measure pressure, a plurality of pressure values corresponding to the position of an artery is selected by a deep learning algorithm, noise is separated from a plurality of pulsation signals, and blood pressure is calculated by using a part of the pulsation signals to calculate the blood pressure at high accuracy. To this end, according to the present invention, the real-time blood pressure monitoring system comprises: a sensor unit having flexibility and including an nXn nano-gap array sensor measuring pressure from skin deformation； an artery position selection unit selecting a plurality of pressure values corresponding to the position of an artery among nXn pressure values measured in the sensor unit through an artery position selection algorithm learned by deep learning； a pulsation signal separation unit separating the plurality of selected pressure values into a plurality of pulsation signals and noise including a plurality of movements or external shocks through a noise removal algorithm learned by deep learning； and a blood pressure calculation unit using a part of the plurality of pulsation signals to calculate blood pressure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 나노-갭 어레이 센서가 사람의 손목이나 팔목에 부착되어 압력을 측정하며, 딥 러닝을 통한 알고리즘을 이용하여 동맥 위치에 해당하는 복수의 압력값을 선별하고, 노이즈와 복수의 맥박 신호로 분리하며, 맥박 신호 중 일부를 이용하여 혈압을 계산함으로써 높은 정확도로 혈압을 계산할 수 있는 실시간 혈압 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여, 본 발명은 신축성을 가지며 피부 변형으로 압력을 측정하는 n×n 나노-갭 어레이 센서를 포함하는 센서부와, 상기 센서부에서 측정된 n×n 압력값 중에서 딥 러닝을 이용하여 학습된 동맥 위치 선별 알고리즘을 통하여 동맥 위치에 해당하는 복수의 압력값을 선별하는 동맥 위치 선별부와, 상기 선별된 복수의 압력값을 딥 러닝을 이용하여 학습된 노이즈 제거 알고리즘을 통하여 복수의 움직임 또는 외부 충격을 포함하는 노이즈와 복수의 맥박 신호로 분리하는 맥박 신호 분리부와, 상기 복수의 맥박 신호 중 일부를 이용하여 혈압을 계산하는 혈압 계산부를 포함하는 실시간 혈압 모니터링 시스템을 제공한다.
