The present invention relates to a liquefied gongjindan composition which includes an aloeswood and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a liquefied gongjindan composition which includes an aloeswood, minimizes active ingredients loss of medicinal stuffs including an aloeswood, maximizes active ingredients extraction, reduces repulsion when eaten by being manufactured in a liquefied state, and improves internal absorption, and a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method of a liquefied gongjindan composition which includes an aloeswood of the present invention comprises: a processing step (S100) of processing medicinal stuffs which are sorted and weighted； a medical stuffs layering step (S200) of inserting and layering processed medical stuffs at an extraction cloth in order of high hardness or in order of low active ingredient extraction； an extracting step (S300) of mixing layered medical stuffs and a solvent in a weight ratio of 1:3 to 6 and manufacturing medical stuff extract； a concentrating step (S400) of concentrating the medical stuff extract at 70 to 85°C for 50 to 70 hours to 35 to 65 brix% and manufacturing concentrate； and a mixing step (S500) of mixing the concentrate with sugars and forming mixed concentrate.본 발명은 침향을 포함하는 공진액 조성물과 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 침향을 포함하는 약재의 유효성분 손실을 최소화함과 동시에 유효성분 추출률을 극대화하고, 액상으로 제조함으로써 복용시 거부감을 감소시키고, 체내 흡수력을 향상시킨 침향을 포함하는 공진액 조성물과 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 침향을 포함하는 공진액 조성물의 제조방법은 선별 및 칭량된 약재를 법제화하는 법제화단계(S100)와 법제된 약재를 경도가 높은 순서 또는 유효성분 추출률이 낮은 순서로 추출 보자기에 투입 및 적층하는 약재 적층단계(S200)와 적층된 약재와 용매를 1: 3 내지 6 중량비로 혼합하여 약재 추출물을 제조하는 추출단계(S300)와 상기 약재 추출물을 70 내지 85℃서 50 내지 70시간, 35 내지 65 brix% 로 농축시켜 농축물을 제조하는 농축단계(S400)와 상기 농축물을 당류와 혼합하여 혼합 농축물을 형성하는 혼합단계(S500)를 포함한다.
