The present invention relates to a food composition for presenting geriatric disease containing dendropanax morbifera leveille extract and, more specifically, to a food composition for preventing a geriatric disease, for example, hyperlipidemia and Alzheimer&prime；s disease, containing dendropanax morbifera leveille extract. The dendropanax morbifera leveille extract according to the present invention may make sure of having an effect in preventing the geriatric disease such as the hyperlipidemia. Therefore, the dendropanax morbifera leveille extract according to the present invention may be effectively used for preventing the geriatric disease. Also, the present invention has effects of creating a local income source and employment of professional manpower in the bio-industry by local participating companies developing a mass production technology of a functional food material customized for the geriatric disease.본 발명은 황칠 추출물을 포함하는 노인성 질환 예방용 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 황칠추출물을 포함하는 노인성 질환, 예를 들면 고지혈증, 알쯔하이머 질환의 예방용 식품 조성물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 황칠나무 추출물은 고지혈증 등의 노인성 질환의 예방에 효능이 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 황칠나무 추출물은 노인성 질환의 예방에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 지역 참여기업에 의한 노인 복합 질환 맞춤형 기능성 식품 소재의 대량생산기술 개발에 의한 지역소득원 및 생물산업에 대한 전문인력의 고용 창출 효과가 있다.
