PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of forming a three-dimensional tissue similar to an actual biological tissue.SOLUTION: A biological tissue formation method has a step for obtaining a three-dimensional tissue by winding a planar tissue 101, or for obtaining a three-dimensional tissue by winding a layer comprising a belt-like substrate and a tissue attached onto the substrate in a belt-like shape.
