PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary massaging tool which is an inexpensive tool including only an uneven roller provided with a suspended semicircular arc-shaped convex pipe body having the central axis provided with a constricted part and which is used in such a manner that a user rolls the tool himself/herself by applying the tool to the sole of his/her foot or his/her affected area, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a rotary massaging tool, a plurality of uneven rollers 4a and 4b each having a surface coated with a resin and having an indentation provided on an arc-shaped surface are fitted into an outer periphery of a straight pipe 2； both sides of the uneven roller each have a diameter slightly larger than a diameter of the uneven roller； and a smooth roller having an arc-shaped surface coated with the resin is fitted and press-worked from both ends of the straight pipe 2 so that the uneven roller and the smooth roller can be swaged. A method of manufacturing the rotary massaging tool is configured as above.【課題】中心軸に括れ部を有する半円弧状の凸管体を垂設させた凹凸ローラーのみからなる安価なもので、足裏や患部に当てて、自分で器具を転がすようにした回転マッサージ具とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】直管２の外周に、表面を樹脂コーティングし、円弧状表面でくぼみを有する凹凸ローラー４ａ，４ｂを複数嵌合し、前記凹凸ローラーの両側は該凹凸ローラーの径のやや大きい径を有し、表面を樹脂コーティングした円弧状表面を有する円弧状表面を有する平滑ローラーを嵌合して前記直管２の両端からプレス加工することにより前記凹凸ローラーと前記平滑ローラーが加締められた回転マッサージ具とその製造方法である。【選択図】図１
