The present invention relates to a film-forming topical composition comprising at least two hydrocolloids of a different nature, at least one gelling film-forming polymer, at least one plasticizer, at least one active agent and at least one inorganic solvent, characterized in that: (a) at least one of the hydrocolloids is carboxymethylcellulose and represents 0.5 to 5% by weight of the total weight of the composition, (b) at least one of the hydrocolloids is croscarmellose and represents 0.5 to 5% by weight of the total weight of the composition, (c) the gelling film-forming polymer represents 0.5 to 5% by weight of the total weight of the composition, (d) the plasticizer represents 5 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the composition, (e) the active agent represents 0.5 to 6% by weight of the total weight of the composition, (f) the inorganic solvent represents 60 to 80% by weight of the total weight of the composition.La présente invention a donc pour objet une composition topique filmogène comprenant au moins deux hydrocolloïdes de nature différente, au moins un polymère filmogène gélifiant, au moins un plastifiant, au moins un actif et au moins un solvant inorganique, caractérisée en ce que : (a) Au moins un des hydrocolloïdes est de la carboxymethylcellulose et représente 0,5 à 5% en poids du poids total de la composition, (b) Au moins un des hydrocolloïdes est de la croscarmellose et représente 0,5 à 5% en poids du poids total de la composition, (c) le polymère filmogène gélifiant représente 0,5 à 5% en poids du poids total de la composition (d) le plastifiant représente de 5 à 20% en poids du poids total de la composition, (e) L'actif représente de 0,5 à 6% en poids du poids total de la composition (f) le solvant inorganique représente 60 à 80% en poids du poids total de la composition.
