PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition applicable to a product without depending on an organic solvent on an active ingredient oil, the product with such the emulsion composition, a reduction method of the content of an organic solvent in the emulsion composition and a selection method of an emulsifier.SOLUTION: An emulsion composition includes: an aqueous phase； an oil phase containing an oil satisfying the conditions of following mathematical formulas (1) and (2)； and condensation polymerization polymer particles having a closed endoplasmic reticulum formed of an amphiphilic substance spontaneously forming the closed endoplasmic reticulum and/or a hydroxyl group.
