PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation apparatus capable of efficiently capturing, separating or collecting particles present in a fluid and hardly generating clogging.SOLUTION: The separation apparatus includes: a first flow channel 1 flowing a first fluid containing targeted particles along a first direction a second flow channel connecting to the first flow channel for joining a second fluid with the first fluid and a filtering mechanism provided on a downstream side of the first direction relative to a joining position of the first flow channel and the second flow channel for filtering the particles.
