PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING A HEAT SHOCK PROTEIN INHIBITOR AND APURINE DE NOVO SYNTHESIS INHIBITOR FOR TREATING RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS OR CANCER
A pharmaceutical composition including an effective amount of the combination of: an heat shock protein (HSP) inhibitor, and a purine de novo biosynthesis inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also disclosed is a method of treating rheumatoid arthritis or cancer including administering an effective amount of the above mentioned pharmaceutical composition to a patient in need of such treatment, as defined herein.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant une quantité efficace de la combinaison de : un inhibiteur de protéine de choc thermique (HSP) et un inhibiteur de biosynthèse de novo dune purine, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci. Linvention concerne également une méthode de traitement de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde ou du cancer, comprenant ladministration dune quantité efficace de la composition pharmaceutique mentionnée ci-dessus à un patient ayant besoin dun tel traitement, tel que défini ici.
