Disclosed are macrocyclic compounds of formulae l-V, which are analogs of thepochonin resorcylic acid lactones, and processes for the preparation of thecompounds.The compounds disclosed are useful as inhibitors of kinases and Heat ShockProtein 90(HSP 90).
