The present invention relates to a thrombolytic composition containing a Ponciri fructus extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thrombolytic composition containing an organic solvent fraction extract of Ponciri fructus. The thrombolytic composition is produced by the following steps: producing the Ponciri fructus extract of the present invention； and comparing and evaluating thrombolytic performance based on the concentration of the Ponciri fructus extract and an extraction solvent.
