The present invention relates to a system, a method and a program for estimating an onset time of an acute ischemic stroke. A method of estimating an onset time of an acute ischemic stroke according to the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring, by a computer, a first image (10) and a second image (20) of a specific first patient whose onset time of an acute ischemic stroke is not identified (S200； image receiving step)； extracting an image of an acute ischemic stroke region from the second image (S400)； setting an acute ischemic stroke region in the first image (10) by matching the first image (10) and the second image (20) (S600)； extracting feature information from the acute ischemic stroke region of the first image (10) (S1000)； and calculating a time elapsed from the onset time of the acute ischemic stroke by comparing the extracted feature information with reference data (S1200). According to the present invention as described above, an onset time of an acute ischemic stroke of a patient for whom when he or she collapsed due to the acute ischemic stroke is not identified can be estimated. Therefore, the number of patients who miss a timing of thrombolysis since possibility of a treatment through the thrombolysis is not determined can be reduced.본 발명은 급성뇌경색 발생시점 추정시스템, 방법 및 프로그램에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 급성뇌경색 발생시점 추정방법은, 컴퓨터가 급성뇌경색 발생시점이 확인되지 않은 특정한 제1환자에 대한 제1영상(10) 및 제2영상(20)을 획득하는 단계(S200； 영상수신단계)； 상기 제2영상(20)에서 경색영역이미지를 추출하는 단계(S400)； 상기 제1영상(10)에 상기 제2영상(20)을 정합하여, 제1영상(10) 내 경색영역을 설정하는 단계(S600)； 상기 제1영상(10)의 경색영역 내에서 특징정보를 추출하는 단계(S1000)； 상기 추출된 특징정보를 기준데이터와 비교하여 급성뇌경색 발생시점으로부터 경과시간을 산출하는 단계(S1200)；를 포함한다.
