PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck or a wheelchair capable of continuously switching flat land traveling, stair traveling, and slope traveling while keeping the loading space of the truck or the seat surface of the wheelchair horizontal.SOLUTION: During flat land traveling, traveling is performed on four wheels as in the case of a conventional truck or wheelchair. During stair or slope traveling, traveling is performed while adjusting the loading space or the seat surface of the wheelchair flat by using the link mechanism of the loading space (seat surface), a handle, a slide arm, and a support arm.
