PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tending work machine allowing a worker to perform harvest work safely and easily and improving harvest work efficiency.SOLUTION: The tending work machine includes: a travel machine body 10 including a vehicle body frame 11 and travel devices 12, 12 a loading space 13 arranged on an upper part of the vehicle body frame 11 a first operation part 14 arranged adjacently to the loading space 13 and drive-operating the travel machine body 10 a seat 21 facing a lateral side of the travel machine body 10 and arranged on an upper part of the loading space 13 and a second operation part 23 arranged adjacently to the seat 21 and drive-operating the travel machine body 10.
