PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify rotational imaging using a first imaging system and a second imaging system.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment comprises a first imaging system, a second imaging system, and a processing circuit. The first imaging system rotatably holds a first X-ray tube and a first X-ray detector. The second imaging system rotatably holds a second X-ray tube and a second X-ray detector, and can set a rotation center independently of the first imaging system.
