The tomographic part implements a tomographic operation. The clamping part attaches the tomographic part to a device to be measured. The tomographic part is composed of a radiation ray generating part(23) and a detecting part(24). The radiation ray generating part generates radiation rays. The detecting part detects the radiation rays from the radiation ray generating part. The detecting part is fixed to shorten times required for measurement. The radiation ray generating part moves to shorten times required for measurement.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 유체 이송 배관 등과 같이, 기존의 의료용, 산업용 컴퓨터 단층촬영(Computed Tomography, CT) 장치로 진단이 어려운 길이가 긴 실린더형 산업공정장치에 대하여도 단층촬영(tomography) 기술을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 진단방법 및 장비에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 산업용 X선 CT 장치들은 턴테이블에 올릴 수 없는 공정장치에 부착된 배관 등에 대하여는 사용할 수 없다는 단점이 있었고, 또한, 기존의 팬빔형, 평행빔형 등의 정형화된 영상진단장치는 분리가 불가능한 공정장치 및 주변장치에 대하여 이동 사용이 불가능하였던 문제점들을 해결하여, 운전중인 배관 등에 직접 부착하여 단면을 측정할 수 있는 감마선 단층촬영장치가 제공된다.
