PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily coping with the adjustment and replacement of various devices in a short time and stabilizing electric signals and mechanical rotation.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes: a bed where a patient is to be put on a rack rotating body rotated around the bed and having a plurality of openings communicating with an inner peripheral part and an outer peripheral part an X-ray radiation part mounted on the inner peripheral part of the rack rotating body an X-ray detection part disposed on the inner peripheral part of the rack rotating body facing the X-ray radiation part, for detecting X-rays which are radiated from the X-ray radiation part and transmitted through the patient and a power supply part provided outside the rack rotating body, for supplying power to the X-ray detection part and the X-ray radiation part.
