PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system by which a proper scanogram image can be acquired by expanding the photographing range of the scanogram image.SOLUTION: This X-ray CT system includes: an X-ray source 101S which irradiates a subject with X ray an X-ray detecting instrument 106S which is arranged to be confronted with the X-ray source, and detects the X ray which has permeated the subject a bed 105 which moves the subject who is arranged between the X-ray source and the X-ray detecting instrument in the body axial direction of the subject and a scanogram image forming means which makes the X-ray source cast the X ray to the subject, collects the X ray permeated the subject which has been detected by the X-ray detecting instrument as X-ray permeation data, and forms the scanogram image of the subject conforming to the collected X-ray permeation data.
