PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of reducing exposure.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 151 for generating X rays to irradiate a subject P a slit part 154 disposed between the X-ray tube 151 and the subject P for forming a slit through which X rays from the X-ray tube 151 passes to set an irradiation range W of X rays to be applied to the subject P and a light projector 20 composed of a light emitter 201 which generates visible light for positioning the subject P and a reflector 202 which reflects the visible light from the light emitter 201.
