PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lymphedema monitoring device capable of estimating a state of lymphedema.SOLUTION: A lymphedema monitoring device includes: an electrode band 2 that is arranged around a users arm or leg and has multiple electrodes and an information processor that has measurement means for measuring an albumin-content-based electrical characteristic between the electrodes and has lymphedema estimation means for estimating a state of lymphedema on the basis of the electrical characteristic measured by the measurement means.
