The present invention is to recognize whether an emergency situation occurs to a user by using a wearable device, and to promptly notify surrounding people, acquaintances, and an emergency center of the occurrence of an emergency situation in case of an emergency situation. According to the present invention, provided are a method for recognizing and notifying an emergency situation, an apparatus for performing the same, and a computer-readable medium. The method for recognizing and notifying an emergency situation of the present invention comprises the steps of: pairing a mobile device with a wearable device； transmitting phone numbers stored in the mobile device and location information on the mobile device to a database server； receiving body information on a user from the wearable device； determining whether an emergency situation occurs to the user on the basis of the body information； transmitting an emergency notification message to other mobile devices in a specific area determined on the basis of the location information, and the mobile devices having phone numbers stored in the database server when it is determined that the emergency situation occurs to the user； and generating beep sound and vibration when it is determined that the emergency situation occurs to the user.본 발명은 웨어러블 디바이스(wearable device)를 이용하여 사용자에게 응급상황이 발생하였는지를 인식하고, 응급상황이 발생한 경우 응급상황이 발생하였음을 주변 사람들, 지인들 및 응급센터에 신속하게 알리기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은, 모바일 디바이스가 웨어러블 디바이스와 페어링하는 단계； 상기 모바일 디바이스에 저장된 전화번호들 및 상기 모바일 디바이스의 위치 정보를 데이터 베이스 서버로 전송하는 단계； 상기 웨어러블 디바이스로부터 사용자에 대한 신체 정보를 수신하는 단계； 상기 신체 정보에 기초하여 상기 사용자에게 응급상황이 발생하였는지 결정하는 단계； 상기 사용자에게 응급상황이 발생하였다고 결정된 경우, 상기 위치 정보에 기초하여 결정된 특정 영역 내의 다른 모바일 디바이스들 및 상기 데이터 베이스 서버에 저장된 전화번호들을 갖는 모바일 디바이스들로 응급상황 알림 메시지를 전송하는 단계； 및 상기 사용자에게 응급상황이 발생하였다고 결정된 경우, 비프음 및 진동을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법 및 상기 방법을 수행하는 장치 및 컴퓨터 판독가능 매체를 제공한다.
