A system for providing emergency medical assistance using an automated robotic vehicle in a facility is provided. A mobile application executable on a mobile computing device uses at least one sensor in the mobile device to identify an incident occurrence, and transmits incident information to an incident computing device. The incident computing device receives the incident information from the mobile application and transmits a location of the incident to the automated robotic vehicle. The automated robotic vehicle travels to the location of the incident to provide emergency medical supplies for the incident to the individual.
