PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and portable implement for strengthening kinetic vision and ocular muscles aiming at level-up in table tennis competitions by fixing a table tennis ball on the tip end of an extensible bar.SOLUTION: A table tennis ball 1 is fixed onto the upper part of an extensible bar 2 so that a letters or marks 3 printed surface of the table tennis ball on the tip end of the extensible bar may face front. The table tennis ball is moved by holding and swinging the lower part of the extensible bar.
