PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an attention level on the basis of microsaccade.SOLUTION: A model storage unit 10 stores information indicating a reference attention level and information indicating a decrease in an attention level. An eyeball information acquisition unit 11 acquires a dynamic change in an eye of a subject. A microsaccade detection unit 12 detects a time of occurrence of a microsaccade from the dynamic change in the eye.
