PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual target presentation device that can perform a near sight examination depending on an actual use environment of near sight eyeglasses while restraining complication of a structure and upsizing of a device.SOLUTION: A visual target presentation device 2 comprises: a housing 3； a near sight eye chart 42 provided inside the housing 3 and common to a near sight examination and an intermediate distance examination； and a visual target presentation optical system 5 for presenting a luminous flux emitted from a far sight eye chart 41 for a far sight examination to a subject's eye E via an optical system arranged inside the housing 3. A first portion of a luminous flux emitted from the near sight eye chart 42 and guided to the subject's eye E via a first optical path and a second portion of the luminous flux emitted from the near sight eye chart 42 and guided to the subject's eye E via a second optical path are presented to the subject's eye E at the same time from angles different from each other.
