PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optotype presenting device capable of both installation on an upper surface of an examination table and installation on an upper surface of an optometry table. SOLUTION: This is an optotype presenting device for presenting an optotype to an eye to be inspected located on the front side in a horizontal front-rear direction, and an examination in which a virtual image of the optotype is optically determined from the eye to be inspected. In the optotype presenting device that forms an image at a distance, the optotype presenting device is an examination table arranged on the upper surface of the first optometry table and the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the second optometry table that can be raised and lowered in the vertical direction. It is a front fall prevention leg that can be selectively installed on the upper surface and prevents the optometry display device from tipping forward, and has a protruding state protruding forward from the lower end of the optometry display device. It is equipped with a front fall prevention leg that can be switched between the non-protruding state in which the protruding state is released and the non-protruding state.
