PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein farm crops such as an apple, a persimmon, a pear and an onion require each operation of core-removing, skin-peeling, division or the like of a prescribed object to be carried out even if shapes, sizes or hardness are different from each other, but, by the structures opened by earlier literatures of conventional inventions and designs, the structures are unsuitable for carrying out each of the operations of the core-removing, the skin-peeling, the division or the like precisely and efficiently in different conditions.SOLUTION: The core-removing, skin-peeling and dividing apparatus for the farm crops such as the apple, the persimmon, the pear and the onion is constituted of a supporting part installed in a sending-out hole of a table, a nipping tool installed in the upper part of the supporting part and for nipping the apple, a core-removing tool facing to the supporting part and being lifted and lowered, a seed-removing blade installed in the intermediate of the core-removing tool, a lifting and lowering means for lifting and lowering the core-removing tool, a dividing blade installed in the upper part of the core-removing tool and having a plurality of blade bodies, a skin-peeling machine installed in the horizontal direction of the side surface of the core-removing tool, and a chute installed in the lower part of the sending-out hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 リンゴ、柿、梨子又は玉葱等の農作物は、形状、寸法、又は硬さが、それぞれ別々である。この別々の条件であっても、所期の目的である、芯抜き、皮剥ぎ、かつ分割等の各作業を、確実かつ効率的に行う必要がある。しかし、従来の発明、考案の先行文献に開示された構造では、別々の条件において、芯抜き、皮剥ぎ、かつ分割等の各作業を、確実かつ効率的に行うことは、不向きである。【解決手段】 本発明は、テーブルの送出し穴に設けた支持部と、支持部の上部で、かつリンゴを挾持する挾持具と、支持部に対峙し、かつ昇降する芯取り具と、芯取り具の中間に設けた種取り刃物と、芯取り具を昇降する昇降手段と、芯取り具の上部に設けた複数の刃体を有する分割刃物と、芯取り具の側面の水平方向に設けた皮剥ぎ機と、送出し穴の下部に設けたシュータと、で構成したリンゴ、柿、梨子、玉葱の農作物用の芯抜き、皮剥ぎ、かつ分割装置。【選択図】 図1
