PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic peeler of fruit which is capable of uniformly peeling the skin of the whole surroundings even of a persimmon having a small outer diameter, removing the skin by separating the skin, preventing the skin from attaching to peripherals to facilitate the disposal of the skin, and having extremely improved operability by shortening the transportation time.SOLUTION: The automatic peeler of the fruit is constituted as follows. A horizontal movement-supporting stand 44 is attached to a body base 1 so as to be freely movable in the horizontal direction, and a vacuum sucking and rotating mechanism 48 for sucking the hull side of the persimmon 30 by a sucking pad 56, and rotating the persimmon, is installed therein so as to be movable in the upper and lower direction. The sucking pad 56 is attached so as to be tilted and moved freely, and the whole surrounding peeling mechanism 3 is constituted by attaching the whole surrounding-peeling blade 60 rotatably moving along the outer periphery of the persimmon 30 by being positioned on the lower side of the sucking pad 56. The surroundings of the hull of the persimmon 30 is sucked by the sucking pad and lifted, and the sucking pad 56 is tilted.
