PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking-type working machine with front wheel and rear wheel at the front and rear of a ground working device in which the lateral side of right (left) of the ground working device is configured so that a space between the front wheel and the rear wheel is prevented from becoming the space small in the allowance of height.SOLUTION: A walking-type working machine includes an output gear 38 in an extension end of an output shaft 17, and also rotatably includes transmission gears 41, 43 engaged to the output gear 38 on the upper side of the output gear 38 and around the left-and-right-hand horizontal shaft cores P4, P5.
