PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that can be changed into specifications capable of switching between a "normal planting mode" and a "sparse planting mode" according to need.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine 1 includes a traveling vehicle body 2, a seedling planting unit 4, and a power transmission unit 7 for transmitting power to the seedling planting unit 4. The power transmission unit 7 includes a power input shaft 83, a planting output shaft 82, and a rotational speed switching shaft 84 arranged at a fixed distance with the planting output shaft 82 and capable of transmitting the rotation by switching it into multiple stages. The planting output shaft 82 is engaged with an output switching gear 840 of a rotational speed switching shaft 84 on the correspondence of one-to-one, and includes an output gear 820 mounted in a removable and replaceable manner.
