The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a vehicular drive device and a combine equipped therewith, which have been improved with consideration of the current situation in which there is a possibility that an increase in power loss and a significant increase in the temperature of a hydraulic oil are caused by stirring resistance. This vehicular drive device is equipped with a transmission case (63) which has therein continuously variable transmissions 64, 70 for continuously varying the power of an engine (7) and a transmission gear mechanism (251) for switching variable speed output of continuously variable transmissions 64, 70 in multiple stages. The transmission gear mechanism (251) is divided into an input-side gear section (351) and an output-side gear section (352). The input-side gear section (351) and the output-side gear section (352) are arranged close to each other in a vertical direction inside the transmission case (63) such that the output-side gear section (352) is partially immersed in a hydraulic oil in the transmission case (63), and the input-side gear section (351) is positioned above the hydraulic oil level in the transmission case (63).
