The subject of the present invention is sharp/blunt trocar for freezing tissues containing sealed channels for conducting refrigerant in a continuous flow, connected with a pump and a container for the refrigerant, terminating in a freezing head, wherein the freezing head possesses at least one elastic surface (2), which changes shape and distends as a result of pumping refrigerant under pressure through the trocar forming a decompression chamber (5), in which refrigerant undergoes decompression causing the elastic surface (2) of the freezing head to cool, and the aforementioned elastic surface (2) is capable of fitting itself to the tissue being subjected to freezing (3). The subject of the present invention is also a the use of a sharp/blunt trocar in the downregulation of arterial blood pressure in the renal artery.La présente invention porte sur un trocart tranchant/émoussé destiné à geler les tissus contenant des canaux étanches pour guider un fluide réfrigérant en flux continu, relié à une pompe et à un récipient pour le fluide réfrigérant, et se terminant par une tête cryogénique, la tête cryogénique possédant au moins une surface élastique (2), qui change de forme et se distend suite au pompage du fluide réfrigérant sous pression dans le trocart formant une chambre de décompression (5), dans laquelle le fluide réfrigérant subit une décompression entraînant le refroidissement de la surface élastique (2) de la tête cryogénique, et la surface élastique (2) précitée pouvant sadapter delle-même au tissu soumis à la cryogénie (3). La présente invention porte également sur lutilisation dun trocart tranchant/émoussé pour la régulation à la baisse de la pression artérielle dans lartère rénale.
