PURPOSE: Animal feed using Cudrania tricuspidata and a producing method thereof are provided to use fruits, root, stem, or leaves of the Cudrania tricuspidata to obtain the powder or pellet type feed. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of animal feed using Cudrania tricuspidata comprises the following steps: crushing root, stem, or leaves of the Cudrania tricuspidata using a crusher； steaming the crushed material for 8-12 minutes in the pressure of 20-30kg/h； mixing the crushed and steamed material with Cudrania tricuspidata fruit； extruding the mixture through an extruding hole on a screw type extruder； and cutting the extruded mixture to obtain the pellet type feed.본 발명은 꾸지뽕을 활용한 가축사료의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 가축사료에 관한 것으로, 꾸지뽕의 열매, 뿌리, 줄기 및 잎을 이용하여 분말사료 또는 펠릿 형태의 사료를 제조할 수 있도록 함으로써 영양학적으로 우수한 가축사료를 제공할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 (a) 채취된 꾸지뽕의 뿌리와 줄기 및 잎 중 하나 이상을 분쇄기를 통해 일정크기로 분쇄하는 단계； (b) 단계(a) 과정을 통해 분쇄된 목분 분쇄물을 수증기를 이용하여 20～30kg/h의 압력하에서 8～12분간 찌는 단계； (c) 단계(b) 과정을 통해 쪄진 목분 분쇄물에 일정량의 꾸지뽕 열매를 혼합하는 단계； 및 (d) 단계(c) 과정에서 혼합된 혼합원료를 수크류형 압착기에 투입하여 압출공을 통해 압출시키는 가운데 압출되는 압출물을 절단하여 펠릿사료를 성형하는 단계를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
