The invention relates to a horizontal-axis hydrowasher, which allows the mucilage of fermented coffee to be removed efficiently with low water and power consumption. The main feature of the hydrowasher of the present invention is the rotor positioned horizontally in a circular basket, wherein said rotor comprises several rows with three types of fingers specialised in three tasks: cleaning, stirring and injecting pressurised water. Said combination of functions allows complete removal of the mucilage of fermented coffee.La invención se refiere a una hidrolavadora de eje horizontal que permite eliminar el mucílago de café fermentado de manera eficiente con un bajo consumo de agua y potencia. La característica principal de la hidrolavadora de la presente invención es el rotor ubicado de manera horizontal en una canasta circular, donde dicho rotor comprende varias hileras con tres tipos de dedos especializados en tres tareas: limpiar, agitar e inyectar agua a presión. Dicha combinación de funcionalidades permite la completa eliminación del mucílago de café fermentado.L'invention concerne un nettoyeur haute pression à axe horizontal qui permet d'éliminer le mucilage de café fermenté de manière efficace avec une faible consommation d'eau et de puissance. La caractéristique principale du nettoyeur haute-pression de la présente invention est le rotor situé de manière horizontale dans un panier circulaire, ledit rotor comprenant plusieurs buses avec trois types de doigts spécialisés dans trois tâches : le nettoyage, l'agitation et l'injection d'eau sous pression. Ladite combinaison de fonctionnalités permet la complète élimination du mucilage de café fermenté.
