The present invention relates to a horizontal mechanical washer for coffee with degraded mucilage. In particular, the invention describes a device for the coffee beneficiation process, which is used to remove the mucilage from the coffee cherries once the mucilage covering the beans has been degraded by means of the fermentation process or with the application of pectinolytic enzymes. The device comprises: i) a main horizontal shaft that supports a metering mechanism and a rotor with serrated agitators disposed along its length； ii) a cylindrical casing； iii) a receptacle or container； and iv) a water-injecting device.La presente invención se refiere a un lavador mecánico de café con mucílago degradado de configuración horizontal. Especialmente, se describe un dispositivo para el proceso de beneficio del café empleado para retirar el mucilago de las cerezas de café una vez ha sido degradado el mucílago que cubre a los granos mediante el proceso de fermentación o con aplicación de enzimas pectinolíticas. Tal dispositivo comprende i) un eje principal horizontal que soporta un mecanismo dosificador y un rotor con agitadores dentados dispuestos en su longitud； ii) una carcasa cilíndrica； iii) un recipiente o contenedor； y iv) un dispositivo inyector de agua.La présente invention concerne un laveur mécanique de café avec mucilage dégradé de configuration horizontale. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un dispositif pour le traitement de transformation du café utilisé pour retirer le mucilage des cerises de café une fois dégradé le mucilage qui recouvre les grains au moyen du processus de fermentation ou par application d'enzymes pectinolytiques. Un tel dispositif comprend i) un axe principal horizontal qui supporte un mécanisme doseur et un rotor à agitateurs dentés disposés sur sa longueur ； ii) un corps cylindrique ； iii) un récipient ou contenant ； et iv) un dispositif injecteur d'eau.
