The invention relates to a single-dose container comprising a casing (1) containing a product (2), and means (3) for opening, the container being characterised in that the casing (1) is formed from gelatine, water and glycerine. The production method comprises the following steps: mixing the gelatine, water and glycerine； forming a film of the mixture； moulding the film to form two halves of the casing (1)； and injecting a product (2) and sealing the two halves of the casing (1) at the same time, thereby containing the product (2) inside the casing (1). A biodegradable container, which self-recycles because it is made with biodegradable products, is thus obtained. The container is leaktight because it is hermetically sealed by means of welding during production.El envase monodosis comprende una carcasa (1) que aloja un producto (2) y medios (3) para su apertura, y se caracteriza por que dicha carcasa (1) está formada a partir de gelatina, agua y glicerina. El procedimiento para su fabricación comprende las siguientes etapas: realizar una mezcla de gelatina, agua y glicerina； formar una película de dicha mezcla； moldear dicha película para formar dos mitades de una carcasa (1)； e inyectar un producto (2) y sellar dichas dos mitades de la carcasa (1) al mismo tiempo, alojando dicho producto (2) en el interior de la carcasa (1).
