<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent lipopolysaccharide having a property different from that of the conventional lipopolysaccharide of Pantoea agglomerans of wheat, to provide an extract containing the lipopolysaccharide, and to provide the application product thereof. <；P>；SOLUTION: The lipopolysaccharide is obtained from a Gram-negative bacterium living together with a rice plant.
