PURPOSE: Anti-atopic functional food composition is provided to have Cordyceps bassiana extract as an active ingredient.CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains ethanol- or buthanol-extracted powder of Cordyceps bassiana as an active ingredient. The food is biscuit, snack or bread. After 100 parts by weight of hard flour, 5 parts by weight of yeast, 1.5 parts by weight of salt, 1 part by weight of flour improver and 45 parts by weight of ethanol-extracted powder of Cordyceps bassiana are mixed and kneaded, the mixture is fermented at 28deg.C for one hour. After the fermented mixture is divided into 180g each, intermediate-fermentation is performed for 10 minutes, and secondary fermentation at 38deg.C for 30 minutes. The fermented mixture is baked at 180deg.C for 30 minutes in an oven to manufacture bread.
