A fermented essence of the Pleurotus eryngii obtained by the fermentation and cultivation method, a fermented essence powder of the Pleurotus eryngii obtained from the fermented essence of the Pleurotus eryngii, a fermented essence formulation of the Pleurotus eryngii in which the fermented essence of the Pleurotus eryngii or the fermented essence powder of the Pleurotus eryngii is formulated are also provided.
