The present invention relates to a composite mushroom cultivation device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composite mushroom cultivation device which cultures mushroom for a specific period until a starter acquires minimum immunity, while enabling medium blending, sterilization, cooling, and inoculation thereof. By stimulating the starter through low speed stirring and creating a growth environment for the starter by means of an air supply part, it is possible to remarkably shorten a period from a moment of medium blending to the culture of the starter. In addition, activity of hypha can be enhanced, and the composite mushroom cultivation device can be widely used even in common mushroom farms.본 발명은 버섯 복합 재배장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 배지의 혼합, 살균, 냉각, 접종은 물론, 종균이 최소한의 면역력이 생길 때까지 소정 기간 동안 배양하되, 저속 교반을 통해 종균을 자극하고 공기 공급부를 통해 종균 생육 환경을 조성함으로써 배지 혼합에서부터 종균 배양까지의 기간을 현저히 단축할 수 있으며, 균사의 활력도도 향상시킬 수 있고, 일반 버섯 재배 농가에서도 널리 사용할 수 있는 버섯 복합 재배장치에 관한 것이다.
