The present invention relates to a soy fermentation product for preventing or decreasing diabetes and its complication and application thereof. The Enterococcus spp. is added into a soymilk to ferment, and then undergoes drying step, thereby producing the soy fermentation product. The soy fermentation product elevates the concentration of insulin, decreases the concentration of blood sugar, glycohemoglobin and total cholesterol, and decreases the activity of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase to prevent or improve diabetes and its complication.本發明有關於一種糖尿病及其併發症的大豆醱酵產物及其應用,其係將腸球菌(Enterococcus spp.)加入豆漿進行醱酵,再進行乾燥步驟,以製得大豆醱酵產物。大豆醱酵產物可提昇胰島素濃度、降低血糖、醣化血色素以及總膽固醇含量、以及降低肝臟天門冬胺酸轉胺酶與丙胺酸轉胺酶活性,藉此預防或減緩糖尿病及其併發症。
