PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator that enables an appropriate adhesion to a collimator plate, a radiation detector, an X-ray CT device and a manufacturing method of the collimator.SOLUTION: A collimator according to an embodiment comprises: a collimator plate a first holding part that includes a first groove part into which one end of the collimator plate is inserted, and a first aperture part in which a first opening part on a one end side is located in a bottom face of the first groove part and a second opening part on other end thereof is located in a face on an opposite side of a side where the first groove part opens and an adhesive agent that is provided in the vicinity of the first opening part in the first groove part. The dimension of the first aperture part is shorter than the dimension of the first groove part in a lengthwise direction.
