PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately prevent misdiagnoses by diagnostic images while achieving quick diagnoses and the prevention of unnecessary exposure to radiation when a communication error occurs between a rotating part where an X-ray imaging device is loaded and a fixing part for holding the rotating part.SOLUTION: An error detecting means is provided on an X-ray CT apparatus and detects the communication error of data transmission performed between the rotating part having an X-ray generating part and an X-ray detecting part and the fixing part rotatably holding the rotating part. Then, when the detected error is serious, the X-ray CT apparatus forcibly stops a scan sequence. On the other hand, when the detected error is minor, the X-ray CT apparatus reconstructs a tomographic image without stopping the scan sequence and warns an operator that the image may be an abnormal image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線撮影機器を搭載した回転部と、この回転部を保持する固定部との間で通信エラーが発生した場合において、迅速な診断及び不要被曝の防止を実現しつつも、診断画像による誤診を適確に防止すること。【解決手段】X線CT装置にエラー検出手段を設けて、X線発生部及びX線検出部を有する回転部と、この回転部を回転可能に保持する固定部との間で行われるデータ伝送の通信エラーを検出させる。そして、検出されたエラーが重度の場合には、スキャンシーケンスを強制停止する。一方、検出されたエラーが軽度の場合には、スキャンシーケンスを停止せずに断層像を再構成し、当該画像が異常画像たり得る旨をオペレータに警告する。【選択図】 図2
