PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic wearing unit shape acquisition method in which a burden is not given to a patient and a three-dimensional shape model with high accuracy is acquired when generating the three-dimensional shape model as a positive mold of a region for wearing the prosthetic.SOLUTION: A prosthetic wearing unit shape acquisition method of the present invention comprises: a wearing step of covering a range of a physical wearing unit for wearing the prosthetic and wearing measurement clothing 2 adhering to the wearing unit provided with irregular patterns on the surface to reflect a shape of the wearing unit an imaging step of imaging multiple captured images comprising the whole of the measurement clothing visually recognized from the imaging direction by a monocular imaging device 3 in each of different positions on a circular arc centering on the wearing unit along an outer circumferential surface of the measurement clothing and a generation step of generating the three dimensional shape of the wearing unit by matching the associated pixels between the multiple captured images using the patterns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】補装具を装着する部位の陽性モデルとして3次元形状モデルを生成する際、患者に対して負担を与えず、かつ精度の高い3次元形状モデルを取得する補装具装着部形状取得方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の補装具装着部形状取得方法は、補装具を装着する身体の装着部の範囲を覆い、不規則な模様が表面に設けられた装着部に密着して当該装着部の形状を反映する計測用衣類2を装着する装着過程と、計測用衣類の外周面に沿う、装着部を中心とした円弧上における異なる位置の各々で、撮像方向から視認される計測用衣類の全体が含まれる撮像画像を、単眼の撮像装置3により複数枚撮像する撮像過程と、模様を用いて、複数の撮像画像間の対応する画素のマッチングを行なうことで装着部の3次元形状を生成する生成過程とを含む。【選択図】図1
