The present invention relates to a method for producing seaweed component-containing fire-boiled salt which exhibits enhanced functionality, compared to common bay salt and fire-boiled salt, by increasing an amount of various mineral components as well as savory tastes in low-salinity fire-boiled salt after addition of active components of seaweeds.
