PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type diaper which has preferable fitting property in the vicinity of leg-surrounding opening parts.SOLUTION: A notch part 35 provided on each belt part 30 comprises: a front side belt notch part which is disposed on a front side relative to a center position CL of a leg-surrounding opening part HL in a longitudinal direction and a rear side belt notch part which is disposed on a rear side. A notch part 25 disposed on each leg gathering part 20 comprises: a front side leg gathering notch part which is disposed on a front side relative to the center position CL and a rear side leg gathering notch part which is disposed on a rear side.
